Protea Ivy (Protea lacticolor), often called “Ivy Cone,” is a distinctive South African native cultivated under rigorous standards in the Western Cape. Its slender, upright buds display deep rose-pink outer scales over a creamy white base, creating elegant vertical accents in high-volume bouquets. Ivy brings reliable form, refined texture and seasonal freshness to large-scale retail offerings.
