Protea Pink Ice
Protea Pink Ice features frosted-rose bracted cones with silvery hairs and sturdy stems—ideal for straight-line bunches, mass-market retail floral lines, and summer through mid-winter seasonal promotions.
Protea Pink Ice (Protea compacta × Protea susannae) is a refined South African hybrid cultivated under stringent standards in the Western Cape. Its medium-sized flower heads display pale-pink outer bracts dusted with silvery hairs, graduating to a deeper rose centre crowned by velvety burgundy hairs. Supported on strong, straight stems with narrow, lanceolate foliage, Pink Ice delivers an elegant, frosted appearance. This variety offers extended seasonal appeal and architectural interest for high-volume bouquets and large-scale retail displays.
