Protea Sharon
Protea Sharon delights with its compact, ovoid buds and softly frosted rose-bronze bracts—offering exceptional stem strength and a long 16–20-day vase life, ideal for straight-line bunches, mass-market retail floral lines, and year-round seasonal promotions.
Protea Sharon (Protea eximia × Protea susannae) is grown by specialist producers in South Africa’s Western Cape. It features sturdy, rounded flower heads with layered rose-bronze bracts brushed with silvery fuzz, crowned by a small central tuft. The compact form and rich, warm tones make Sharon a versatile choice for large-scale bouquets, straight-line bunches, and both winter and summer retail assortments.
